It’s a small world. The sailing Trophies business that is. Peter moved this year from West Australia to our club in Queensland. When I told him I had an order for trophies from Safety Bay he said, “That’s my old club. I used to sail a Windrush. Great little boats”.
We also created the club burgee from timber. The first time I’d included a penguin.
These Burgee Trophies work very well. And are very affordable.
I didn’t carve the penguin from timber but the engraving looks good.
They make for a unique award and you can get your club burgee crafted from natural timber colours in this way.
In the past I’ve made a burgee sailing trophy with a seahorse chained to the globe. Not sure what this represented but the customer was happy.
