How to Order

Delivery Times

Delivery time is dependent on the number of trophies and where in the world you are located.

We have made custom trophies and delivered them into North America within 10 days, much to the customers delight. But it was a smallish order which we were able to squeeze into our busy schedule. If you could give us longer we would certainly appreciate it.

Please ask if you have a tighter time line. If we can’t make your deadline we will tell you up front. But you may be pleasantly surprised.

Freight Costs

• Within Australia
  Australia Post: We use AusPost to deliver door to door. We will include freight costs as part of our quote but they are very reasonable.

• North America and Europe
  First Class Air: Delivers into Europe or North America in 2 to 3 weeks. As a rough guide expect the cost to add an extra 10% to 15% to your order.
  Priority Freight: A superb service that has been consistently delivering into North America in 1 to 2 weeks. Door to door. Amazing! And is fully traceable online. Expect an extra 15% to 20%.

• Rest of the World: Similar to Europe but delivery times may be slightly greater. Let us know where you live and we’ll quote you.

Payment Options

We accept PayPal or Bank Transfer. PayPal accepts Visa or MasterCard. Our PayPal and bank account details included in our invoice.

Please note that we require payment in full before we start work on your order.

Currency

We are based in Australia and trade in Aussie dollars. But you can see prices in your own currency on the trophies page.

Click on the Aussie dollar price on any prices page and choose your currency from the list. Don’t bother if you live in Oz.

Exchange rates are updated daily. But they are for your information only. We will charge you in Aussie Dollars and leave the banks to make the actual currency exchange at the time of payment.
